How Hz Frequencies Interact with the Body
Binaural beats and solfeggio frequencies are both sound therapies that can be used as resonance-based healing, which applies specific frequencies to tune with particular organs or chakras.
432 Hz is another tuning frequency. It is suggested that music tuned to 432 Hz can decrease heart rate and blood pressure, and improve focus and satisfaction. Yet most of today's music is at 440 Hz, known as "concert pitch" and was standardized in the 1930s.
However, you can transpose a song from 440 Hz to 432 Hz by slowing down the song by 32 hundredths of a tone And, of course, there's an app for that!
